Every single time I turn around there is a new (or at least new to me) diet pill such as apidexin being marketed and touted as the next great thing in weight loss. Once again, every weight loss pill or supplement also tells you to do the hard work of more exercise and less food intake. No matter what you cannot lose weight without diet and exercise! As I type I am getting ready to go work with a fitness client who understands this and is losing weight without pills.

Well stated, Lynda. Weight management involves more than popping a pill. It's a bit different for each person because we are all individuals in varying circumstances, but it involves making a commitment to a change that is bigger than swallowing a pill, and which involves appropriate, consistent exercise over time.
What I've seen with my clients is that the success that comes slowly and is maintained leads to improved self-respect and often other successes in life.
