Tony & I are examples of people who have lost weight while still eating all th efoods we like, just in moderation. We started to exercise more while watching our food consumption and promptly lost about 30 pounds combined. With all of these diet pills review websites you would think there was no way to lose weight in an unassisted way, which is just wrong!
