Visit From Pilates Friends

A little over a week ago I received an email from an old friend, Peter Fiasca of True Classical Pilates

and his girlfriend Karen Garcia of Studio Body Logic Pilates in the DC suburbs

That they would be on Providenciales this week. So we spoke and I arranged for them to come over to Parrot Cay fr the afternoon. It is so nice to see people who you have stayed in touch with but haven't seen in a number of years.

I was able to fit them each in for private Pilates (and yes, I can teach the Authentic Pilates people, that was my original basis in Pilates, you know) and a quick tour of the Spa. For those of you looking for great Pilates DVDs I encourage you to look at Peter and Karen's work
