Learn Real Estate Investing
If you are interested in learning a new skill set in order to make more money (and who isn't?) you may have considered Real Estate Investing and its various incarnations of rehabbing and flipping, buying pre-sale and flipping, converting single homes into multi-unit complexes, and buying rental properties. In doing any research, you may have come across something called the Nouveau Riche Scam.
Nouveau Riche is a real estate investment university offering on line and home based education in all aspects of real estate. Their home study course begins at only $300! With such a low initial investment and a "go at your own pace" education model, it is no wonder that people question the Nouveau Riche Scam.
But it turns out that this so-called Nouveau Riche Scam is not a scam at all. Real people have taken the information, applied it in real world real estate investing, and walked away with a lot of money. Nouveau Riche does not claim that the education or the job of real estate investing is easy, but it is true that there is lucrative income potential in this line of work. I have many friends who make great livings this way; it is not a scam!
