just read the ebook. it's great! one question though:
for the part on breathing, you mentioned that as you inhale, expand the ribs, but you should also relax the ribs. don't quite understand how to do that. do you have some imagery or analogy to further elaborate?

About the breathing--if the muscles around your ribcage are tight your ribcage will not be able to expand in all directions as the muscles won't lengthen enough to allow this movement. So imagine as you breath in that those muscles are stretching like pulled taffy to allow your ribs to move.
